2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • The issue must be reproducible and not caused by the user's internet connection, ISP throttling, or unsupported devices.
  • Our support team must be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue first.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the Service is delivered and verified working.
  • Issues caused by ISP blocking or required VPN use.
  • Suspension due to credential sharing or terms violations.
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions.
